Tilde Bean Women in Technology Arts and Sciences T-Shirts About
Tilde Bean your welcoming place for women in technology, arts, and sciences belonging t-shirts and apparel.
As women in technology and women in arts and sciences, we design with appreciation and humor to bring smiles to your day. We provide casual work apparel to inspire, build confidence, recognition, and sisterhood community through wearable kind design. Tilde Bean is created for women of arts and sciences to share experiences and empower voices while wearing inspiring t-shirts and casual work apparel. We are welcome and we belong.
Tilde Bean uses creativity bridged with logic to open doors and windows for women to see themselves in light, and not fear the shadows. Tilde Bean raises awareness, provides belonging solutions, while we raise complementary voices to highlight women in technology, arts and sciences, women in the world.
Tilde Bean designs are based on female experiences and shared situations that inspire or bring the need for inspiration. Some good, some bad, some huh, what, why, how, hmmm moments. The designs are to turn the cons to 'prose', to build poetic beauty.
As a creative scientist, I merge arts and sciences. Scientist is often considered an outsider in art environment, and artist often downplayed by those in science. As a woman in technology it can be defeating, to be spoken over, pushed under, unrecognized, passed over, and deal with bias. We may work in situations and places where we are the only, just one, or seen and treated as less than. Tilde Bean's mission is to help us all find a place of belonging.
Tilde Bean apparel and storytelling reflect and bring insight on an often bewildering world perception or misperception of women. Tilde Bean design is to bring voice to quietness, courageously peeking in or out. We design to bring a thought, a smile, perhaps a giggle...or a much needed easy sigh to let you know you are not alone, you are appreciated, welcome, and yes you do belong.
You are enough, you matter, you belong!
With kindness and appreciation,
Tilde Bean
