We have a 30-day return policy for defects in product, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is a defect in the product. There are no refunds for change of minds or sizing errors, please follow the product size guidelines. If an order is defective or damaged upon its arrival to you the manufacturer warranties products for 30 days and has the address for returns listed within the product order. We will do our best to be your support during this process to respect your time and appreciate your purchasing with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No return is accepted without approval by manufacturer and it is best to start a return, to contact us at studiob42@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
